EMPIRE CITYS PLANS MADE PUBLIC. Manager Winn Announces Program Will Provide for at Least Five Racing Days Each Week. New York. June BJ. — General Manager Matt J. Winn of the Empire City Association attended the races at Graveeend today. Mr. Winn announced that there will positively be five days of racing at the Empire City track each week and that there is ■ strong possibility or the program being increased to six. August Belmont announced at Gravesend todav that the Westchester Association, as well as the other racing associations, are now engaged in frani-imr programs for fall meetings. The program for the extra days racing at Graves-end Wednesday was announced today. There are ! • be two handicaps, one for three-year-olds at six furlongs, with MOO added, and one for three car olds and upward at one mile and a sixteenth, worth .
