DENIED PRIVILEGES AT SALT LAKE. Salt Lake Citv. Utah. June 12.— Judge Pnmeroy today made a ruling denying bookmaker Samuel Kline and one of his clerks. George Williams, of San Francisco, the privileges of the course at the Fair Grounds for making charges that they were unable to substantiate. A ruling was also made ordering that James Hanbys badge be taken up. that he be Meorted from the course and that he lie denied further ludvileges of the truck for a similar offense. I Ian by is widely known on the turf as "Busy Jimmy."
