JOCKEY POWERS LEAVES FOR EAST. Cincinnati. O.. June 17. — Jockey Powers departed tonight for Buffalo, accompanied by Tommy Brown, who looks after his engagements. The pair wiH remain at Buffalo the rest of the week and will rejoin the McDowell stable on Monday next at Sheepshead Bay. While in the east Powers may conclude negotiations to enter the employ of James R. Keene.
