The board of directors of the Coney Island Jockey Club at their meeting todav ordered the following stakes to be. opened, conditions for which and dates for closing will- be announced later: For the June meeting of 1011, the Lawrence Realization, for three-yeac-olds. now yearlings. For tlie autumn meetlhgof 1911, the Futurity for two-year-olds, now weanlings; the Great Filly, for fillies two years old, now weanlings. For the June meeting of 1912, the Lawrence Realization for three-year-olds, now weanlings. For the autumn meeting of 1912, the Futurity for two-year-olds, foals of 1910, produce of mares covered in 1900. This action demonstrated that the governors of the turf have an abiding faith In its future.
