RESTIGOUCHE VICTIM OF ACCIDENT. New York, July 5. Sam Hiidreth says that his Jborse, Itestigoucbe. will not again appear under colors for some time to come, perhaps not until fall. Itestigouche wrenched his back while romping in his paddock a day or two ago. Mr. Hiidreth does not sinticipato serious consequences from tlie accident, but he does not care to take chances with Itestigouche while lie Is disabled. Kestigouche came out of the Suburban with halfa dozen cuts and bruises on his body. Mr. Hiidreth is confident that he will ho able to get King James ready for tlie Saratoga races. Tlie stone bruise which rendered the big Plaudit colt Jaine after the Brooklyn has disappeared and with it King James lameness. King James first appearance under colors at Saratoga will probably be in the Saratoga Handicap, one mile and a quarter. After that race he will be pointed for the Saratoga Cup. one mile and three-quarters.
