SENORITA FARM FORMALLY TRANSFERRED. Lexington, Ky., July 22.-r-Confirmation of the reported sale of Senorlta Farm by Captain W. Harry Brown of Pittsburg to L. V. Ilarkness of Cleveland, the master of Walnut Hall Farm, came today through the filing of the deed in the county court here. Senorlta Farm, .which last fall was stripped of all the thoroughbred horses in the establishment owned by the late -Captain S. S. Brown, is now to become a part of. Walnut Hall Farm, one of the most famous trotting horse nurseries in the world. At the same time deeds to two other farms just across Newtown road from Walnut Hall Farm were filed by J. II. Parker and E. M. Norwood, respectively, to Collins Marsh of Brooklyn, N. Y. Mr. Marsh is understood to bo a friend of Mr. Harkness and it is generally believed that the purchase was made for him.
