RUSHING WORK ON JUAREZ TRACK. Kl Iaso, Texas, July 22. Work on the Juarez race track is under way and is being rushed. Manager C. W. Kellogg of the Kl Iaso Street Railway Company has received instructions from Stone and Webster of Boston, the owners of the railway. to begin immediately the work of constructing a double track railway from Juarez to the track of the International Racing Association, which some time ago was granted a liberal concession by the government of Mexico and which is now erecting an elaborate plant for a meeting of 100 days duration, beginning in November.
