WALTER MILLER RIDES AT 117 POUNDS. Walter Sillier, the American jockey, had his first mount in England on July 8, when he was unplaced in a race at Pontefrnct on a horse called Traitress, owned by G. W. Smith, who Is .Millers regular employer. Sillier could not do less than 117 pounds. The turf writers said that the American shaped up well In the saddle.
