LICENSES AND RULINGS IN CANADA. Detroit. Mich.. August 4. The following licenses were granted by, the Canadian Racing Associations at its meeting held yesterday. Trainers R. E. Wiitkins. J. B. Riley. George Finch. T. 4. Hayes. Joseph Edwards. P. F. Gloss. Jockeys II. Yourell. J. W. Dayton. F. A. Lihbys application for a trainers license was laid on the table. The following rulings were also passed: IKicliard Kufers is warned away from all associations recognized by the Canadian Racing Associations. The licenses of jockeys Archibald and Beamish are revoked, and the suspension against jockey E. Stone stands pending further investigation. Jockev B. Burton Is permitted to ride for his employer.
