Ball Hazard set the pace in the" middle and tired in the stretch, but outstayed Aunt Kate in the closing drive. Aunt Kate made a game effort while rounding into the stretch, hut tired In the deep going. Kyronda had no mishaps. Lucky Ford iuit badly after going a good half. Jack Straw, away slowly and forced to go wide Into the stretch, closed a big gap and was going fastest at the end. Inferno Queen tired after f,cing a good half. Sylph ran fairly well. Light Blue tired after going three-quarters and barely lasted long enough to hold third place. Azo closed a big gap and but for going extremely wide into the stretch, would have been second.
