HILDRETH STRING AT PIMLICO. Baltimore, Md.. April 20. S. C. Hildreths stable of high-class racers, including FItz Herbert, Novelty, King James and other stars of the track, are now quartered at Pimlico. ready to take part in the spring meeting of the Maryland Jockey CInb. scheduled to open the coming Saturday. Fits! Herbert acted as frisky as a two-year-old when he was tin-loaded from one of the specially prepared cars in whieli he made the trip from Sheepshead Bay. Tlia stable of It. T. Wilson, headed by Olambala, came on the same train with the Hiidreth shipment, as did other loss important strings. In all there were five carloads of horses. Silas" Veitch has arrived from Belmont Park with his string of jumpers and Albert, Simons is here from Jamestown with twelve horses, including James Rowes Lahore. At the request of Gen. Leonard Wood and Alaj. Henry T. Scully is amog the old Pimlico habitues glad to get back after a winter campaign. Tlie Kentucky trainer brought Reybourn and Garneau from Jacksonville and on his way up spent a few days at Benning and picked up a couple of two-year-olds bred by the late Col. Robert Neville of Pelham. in Faurquier county, Airgiuia. A bav fill v by Ardington Vernique is named Aery Apt. and the other is a black colt by Contract Fatinitza.
