THREE MEETINGS FOR OKLAHOMA Tulsa Okla April 12 The Oklahoma racing season of 1013 will open with a twentydays meet ¬ ing beginning here April 20 The Tulsa track has passed into the control of the Tulsa Jockey Club headed by R J Allison a prominent horse owner Several thousand dollars are being expended in im ¬ proving the track repairing and enlarging tho grandstand and adding stables Mnskogee and Oklahoma City will follow with meetings The pari mutuel system of liettiug will eventually be in ¬ stalled it is said on all Oklahoma tracks It was tried out successfully at Oklahoma City last year However during the coming meeting here book making will be employed employedJ J L Hall will be presiding judge and Arthur McKnight starter
