MANAGER ROHRBACK RETURNS TO CANADA. Ottawa, Out.. December 29. Albert Rohrback. manager of the Connaught Park Jockey Club. . has returned from a trip to the south, where lie visited various racing centers. In discussing the Canadian circuit racing for next season with American horsemen Mr. Rohrback found that the majority of them were anxious to return to Canada to race, providing that the embargo on their horses is lifted by that time. The horsemen are not afraid of the conditions and look for as successful a season In Canada next summer as last, even with more pretentious racing in New York state.
