Forty-four state prisoners, including ten serving life sentences for murder, have just been granted clemency by Gov. Twenty-three of the prisoners, in all, were serving sentences for homicide. Pending the completion of these new ships, some older Olsen vessels will be pressed into service. The three-masted schooner Warren Adams, which sailed December 21 from Charleston, S.
