KENTUCKY ASSOCIATION ELECTION. Lexington, Ky., December 5. At a meeting of the stockholders of the Kentucky Association this morning directors were elected. The directors will meet tomorrow to elect officers and announce the policies of the association with reference to the racing of 1917. The directors of the Thoroughbred Horse Association, at a meeting this afternoon, authorized President Hal Price Headley to address a letter to governing bodies of the turf in the United States and Canada, declaring the Horse Association is Jn opposition to the rule barring two-year-olds from racing at winter meetings, under penalty of banishment from the turf until their three-year-old form, and to request the repeal of that rule.
