PLENTY HORSES AT HAVRE DE GRACE Reservations Made for Every Stable at the Track-Better Material Than at Bowie. New York. April 13. — Secretary Fred Rehberger leaves early tomorrow morning for Havre de Grace, where racing will commence on Tuesday. There will not lie any shortage of horses at this track, as every at able is occupied and demands for more stalls have had to be refused. The class of horses will improve considerably at Havre de Grace, owing to the number of eastern owners who are awaiting the apeniug. Besides this there are some stakes worth winning, which lias attracted many stables in that direction. The track should lie in good condition by Tuesday, unless the prevailing storm continues, which is not probable according to the weather predictions. Owing to the severe weather of the past week, horsemen at Havre de Grace and in the New York section have not been able to work their horses as they would have done, consequently some of those that luive not lieen raced this year may lie a trifle short in regard to condition, especiallv those which were to get their final preparation at Havre de Grace. Fortunately . the two days intermission between the closing of Bow ie and the opening of Havre de Oraoc will enable many of the horses to l»e moved in time for the opening, which will iielo swell the fields materially. The train service from Phila delphia ami Baltimore will lie as g.«„| „s ,.HII „. exiK-cted under the existing conditions and the races will be scheduled at the usual time. a —
