HAVANA SITUATION STJLL UNCHANGED HAVANA, Cuba. March 7. With railway traffic at a standstill and all industrial projects also tied up because of the general strike called in sympathy witli the walkout of the building trade workers, the management of the Cuba-American Jockey Club found it necessary to again postpone the races at Oriental Park, announcing at the same time that todays entries would stand for Saturday.
