1,700 HORSES FOR NEW ORLEANS RACING LEXINGTON. Ky.. November 3. Julius G. "There are 1.2M stalls at the Fair Grounds and 550 stalls at Jefferson Park," said he, "so you . can see what the stable room proposition. is like at New Orleans." Boeder stated that eighty-two horsemen had made application through him at Churchill Downs for stable accommodations at the Crescent City.
