LOS ANGELES TO HAVE SOME RACING KAN FRANCISCO, Cal.. November 3. An association has been formed in Los Angeles known as the Ascot Speedway Association, which proves to hold a race meeting at Ascot Park beginning Christinas day and to continue through the winter mouths. The Ascot Association has formed a club to control racing on the Pacific coast. It is to ask the recognition of the eastern racing powers, to govern its racing and proposes to nice under Jockey Club rules.
