HORSE AND MASTER MEET IN FRANCE Training a horse to do tricks, then going away to war - and finding the horse he had trained in France the mount of a French of Hcer, is the story of Morris Craig of llltno. Mo. Craig had a fine saddle horse, Sam, which he had trained. Soon after the war started Craig went away. His horse was sold to the Andersons of Commerce, Mo., when they were buying horses for the Frencli government, and sent to France. Now Craig writes back that he has seen his horse Sam. He was" alinost sure when at first jslght that it was Sam, but wiien lie went up and spoke ta him and the horse raised his left foot to shake hands Craig knew lie was. He had responded to the ohl trick-lite trainer had taught him.
