SOME PIMLICO RACING ARRANGEMENTS SARATOGA, N. Y., August 11. The Pimlico officials have in contemplation for the running of the rich Maryland Futurity, which is at one mile, the changing of the starting and finishing points, with the object in view of making it free of mishaps and possible interference to any of the starters. The. changes call for the start and finish to be at the sixteenth post in the stretch. This would afford a longer distance to the first turn and eliminate possible crowding, inevitable in big fields, with the riders anxious to secure advantageous positions to round the first turn. The Pimlico Jockey Club will also institute a pleasing innovation to trainers by donating the sum of ,000 to be equally divided among the trainers of the first four horses at the finish in the Pimlico Cup race.
