GOOD HAVRE DE GRACE FALL PROGRAM HAVRE DM GRACE, Md.. August 11. The Harford Agricultural and Breeders Association has announced a pretentious program for its full meeting, to lie held from AVeilnesihiy, September 21, to Saturday, October 1. During the ten days of racing the sum of 14,000 in added money will be distributed in stakes, overnight handicaps and purse races. The stake features of the meeting are the Eastern, Potomac and Havre ile Grace Hnndlcaps, each of 0,000 added, entries for which close 3aturday, September 10. Ther? are no entrance fees, the Marting fee bein the only liability. The ove-rnight purses will range in valiie from ,200 to ,500, and the daily average distribution will amount to about 1,400.
