The race resulted as follows: Herlies. b. f. 4, by Gorgos Hilda Sharpe 1 Grazling, ch. c, 3. by Sweeper Xanthene Stern 2 Durete, b. f, 3. by Gros Papa Veillee Jennings 3 At Caen. Normandy, Sunday, A. K. Macombers two-vear-old brown colt Negociateur. by Rabelais Nette, by Gorgos. won the Prix Neustrie, value ,000. Negociateur, much the best, led all tins way. AV. T. AAilkinsons four-year-old bay gelding The Sachem, bv Uncle Our Lassie, won the Prix Noe Steeplechase, value 2,000, from a good band of jumper at Caen Sunday.
