C0SDEN - PARR -GARTH TOUGH LUCK SARATOGA. N. Y., August 31. The steeplechase division of the J. S. Cosden-Ral Parr-W. Garth establishment failed utterly to live up to expectations liere. and these three sportsmen make no efforts to conceal their disappointment. They received several bad breaks, finishing second with lior-cs that would have won with a little better racing luck, and their junipers proved rather, expensive propositions. The races on tin; flat of this outfit did not fare a whole lot lietter, as Natural Bridge and Roulette were the only horses to do their part. Natural Bridge was lost in a claiming race after winning twice in as many starts.
