JEAN STERNS NEW ESTABLISHMENT PARIS, France. August 31. Jean Stem has bought the Villa Primrose at Cliantilly, the former establishment of Michel Ephrussi. Next winter will probably find George Newton installed there. The property is just near the railway bridge before one enters the town. For several years past it has been the property of the Due Decazes, who leased it to William Sweeper.
