NOTES OF THE TURF IN FOREIGN LANDS That pure French race horse Sourbicr has finished his racing career and Mr. Hennessy has decided to send him to the stud. Jean Arditi, the Parisian race horse owner, has received the cross of Chevalier of the Legion of Honor for services rendered to France during the war. The English trainer R. C. Dawson of What-combe, has a new patron in the Indian potentate Aga Khan, who also intends to race on an extensive scale in France.
