J. G. WAGNON TO RETIRE FROM RACING NEW YORK. N. Y., September 10. J. G. AVag-non has arrived at Belmont Park from Havre de Grace. He sent the Pelican Stable horses which he raced in Canada to that point, but will return there to rcship the two-year-olds Aeiled Colleen and Consul, to be sold at the Belmont Park track with the remainder of the Pelican Stable consignment. Goldcrest Boy is the only one of the Pelican Stable, horses which will not be sold. Mr. AVagiiou will present him to some one who will givu him a good home instead of racing him or using him for a hack. Mr. AVagnon plans to retire from racing following the dispersal of his stable. .Inekey T, Burns, who has boon riding for Mr. AVaguon in Canada, also arrived at Belmont Park. Tlu rider has gained much valuable experience since he. was last seen in the saddle here and is expected to make a good showing during the re-ttimlrmam
