MISTAKE OVER IDENTITY OF HORSE An unusual incident happened at the Blue Grass Fair, at Lexington, Tuesday. In the last race . a horse entered and run as Puts aud Calls finished second. Upon receipt of a telegram the following day from J. L. Knight, stating that he had the horse Puts and Calls in his stable at Latonia, au investigation was made by presiding steward John T. Ireland, and it was ascertained that the horse at the Blue Grass Fair was Frank F., but that no fraud was intended. Grover Hughes expected that Puts and Calls would be sent to Lexington, and instructed trainer J. H. Bibbs to meet the car and get the horse. Bibbs got the only horse in the car that was not claimed. Meanwhile E. L. Fizgerald was wondering why Kay Sperice had not shipped Frank F. to him. There was only .straight,, bgingj-ofl jOie ra so rtIierAorc no 1 1 complication on that score.
