BASHFORD MANOR SALES AH Thoroughbred Holdings of G. J. Long Sold at Auction Good Prices Eealized. LOUISVILLE, Ky., September 7. Good prices were realized at the dispersal sale of George J. Longs Bashford Manor Stud Farm, comprising stallions, brood mares, yearlings, weanlings and horses in training. Todays sale marks the passing from the turf of one of the best known American, breeders and owners, and his retirement is keenly regretted. .Horses bred at Bashford Manor have figured, prominently in our racing, year after year and have to their credit some of the best stakes decided in Kentucky The summary of the sale follows: Blue, by Star Shcot; J.
