RACING NEWS FROM CUBA MONTREAL, Que., September 7.B. F. Messier, proprietor of the Guayabel Stock Farm in Cuba, who has a summer camp at St Albans Bay, Vt., was a visitor this afternoon. The farm is under the care of Roger Minton and a letter was received from the latter this morning in which he says all the hoises have summered in excellent condition. The C. and D. Stable horses have been moved from the farm to Oriental Park, which is reported in splendid condition. Williams brothers have sent a man to Cuba to take up and train the seven horses that were left there during the summer. The W. F. Knebelkamp horses have also been placed in training. Mr. Messier reports that conditions are much improved in Cuba and a prosperous winter is anticipated.
