A MILE TRACK FOR QUEBEC QUEBEC, Que., September 6 According to information made public today, a one-mile track will be built in Quebec next year, and this course in the ancient capital will be affiliated with the Canadian Racing Associations. The same horses which race at Blue Bonnets, Dorval, Windsor and other tracks under the jurisdiction of the Canadian Racing Associations will be seen in action on the local track. Two meetings will be held here next year under the auspices of the Quebec Jockey Club.
