o PROGRESS AT ASHLAND PARK LEXINGTON, Ky., September 18. J. O. Keene, who has been giving much of his time lately to supervising the construction work of the Ashland, Ky., track, where racing will be conducted under auspices of the Tri-State Fair and Racing Association, came back to Lexington today for a brief stay. Mr. Keene reported work on the course progressing in satisfactory fashion, that the track proper is now awaiting fencing and that construction work on the grandstand will soon be .started. Mr. Keene is enthusiastic over the promising outlook for the new plant and predicts that Ashland and the surrounding towns will support the venture in great style.
