LUCKY B. STILL UNDER BAN TORONTO, OnL, November IS. At a meeting of the committee of the Canadian Racing Associations, held at the office of the associations November 15, the race horses belonging to W. D. Bernhardt, namely, Grass Tree, Exhorter and .Tago, were restored to good standing, but the race horse Lucky B. still remains indefinitely suspended. The race horses Tom Logan and Yallabilagel were restored to good standing. The ruling against Ed Lee Moore, made in September, 1921, was withdrawn.
