BELGIAN RACING LEADERS M. J. Wittouck again heads the list of winning owners in Belgium, with 520,201 francs, the Niguet-Coppez stable being second with over 500,000 francs. For two owners to -win more than 500,000 francs each in the same year is stated to be a record for Belgium. M. Wittouck has signed Esling, a good, sound English jockey, now riding in France, for the years 1923-1924.
