LICENSE FOR H G BEDWELL Maryland Racing Commission Grants Him Permission to Train Horses There ThereBALTIMORE BALTIMORE Md January 12 IT G Bedwell formerly trainer for Commander J K L Ross of Montreal was granted a training license by tho Maryland Racing Commission here yesterday yesterdayBedwell Bedwell applied to the Jockey Club for reg ¬ istration as authorized agent for J 1C L Ross in March 1021 He did not apply for a license to train All of his efforts since that time to gain reinstatement have been in vain as far as the Jockey Club is con ¬ cerned cernedBedwell Bedwell was barred from Kentucky tracks July 4 1910 following alleged stimulation of a horse named Nadzu which he owned He was reinstated April 29 1911
