J C MILAMS BIG STABLE LEXINGTON Ky February 13 The weather was so springlike here today that the Kentucky Association track was alive with horses getting exercise gallops Trainer J C Milam alone has fiftysix horses here and all were out galloping today He thinks especially well of Anna M Humphrey and Dust Flower both of which escaped from the disastrous fire in Milams barn last year If they go on successfully Mr Milam ex ¬ pects to enter them in the Kentucky Derby DerbyDesha Desha Breckinridge left yesterday for a stay at New Orleans and Senator Johnson N Camden has gone to Hot Springs Ark for several weeks weeksWilliam William Wallace returned today from Ja ¬ maica New York called by the serious ill ¬ ness of his mother who is not expected to survive the day dayThomas Thomas M Murphy of Louisville spent to ¬ day here hereFrederick Frederick Johnson and William Pendleton departed for New York this morning after a visit with Hal Price Headley
