NORTHWEST CANADA RACING EDMONTON, Alberta, April 7— The Western Canada Association of Exhibitions announced its racing program for 1923, the sport to open on this circuit at Winnipeg June 23 and continue to June 30. Meetings are to follow at Brandon from July 2 to July 6, at Calgary from July 9 to July 14, at Edmonton from July 16 to July 21, at Saskatoon from July 23 to July 28, at Regina from July 30 to August 4, at Weyburn from August 6 to August 8 and at Vancouver from August 11 to August 18.
