I SNAG FOR NEW TRACK TORONTO, Ont, Oct 6. Plans for the holding of a thoroughbred race meeting at Niagara Falls, on the Canadian side, met an apparently Insurmountable obstacle today when Attorney General W. F. Nickle, K. C, let it be known that he would oppose the operation of mutuels at the proposed meeting from October 13 to 20. A question over the validity of the charter of the London Jockey Club is responsible for the opposition.
