LAUREL RACING NEWS The jumper Bullseye, has been fired . on both front legs and put by for the year. Cloughjordan was claimed by A. Swenke after he wasbeaten in the sixth race yesterday. H. James Clarke owner of the Queen City Stable, was a visitor at Laurel this afternoon. E. E. Watson got in from Toronto yesterday with his string of eight racers. They are being trained by T. Cummings. James Fitzsimmons sent the apprentice John Dawson down to Frank Herold. The lad will go with Herold to New Orleans for the winter. J. E. Widener came over to witness the running of his two jumpers, Grenadier and Houdini, in the ,000 Chevy Chase Steeplechase Handicap, over the two miles and a , half course.
