STEEPLECHASERS GOWRONG LAUREL, Md., Oct 13. Richard Pending has retired his pair of steeplechasers. Shoal and Nonus, for the year. These horses went wrong in their last races. Pending is seek-e lng some young material with the idea of developing them into jumpers for next year.
