LATEST RACING NEWS FROM LATONIA j The visiting delegation from Louisville was again large- and representative. Amongi the number were Colonel Andrew Vennie, James T. Clark, Dr. Gland SherrilL Harry Linderberger, Dr. Gerry Kerwin, Dr. J. C Meader and Al Smith. Jockey Lawrence Lyke, who had been slated to ride Befuddle in the Fort Thoma3 Stakes, had to cancel his engagement and C. Ponce- was substituted. Lyke, who had his tonsils .removed recently, developed a hemorrhage while galloping one of the Idle Hour Farms horses this morning. Trainer Al Kirby reported this morning that Buster, the beaten favorite in the fifth race Friday, had come out of the contest with a. spread foot Trainer B.
