WORTHMORE BRINGS 2,000 Star of 0. T. Worthlngton Dispersal Sale Twenty-two Head Go for 4,075. LATONIA, Ky., Oct. 11. At the dispersal sale of the C. T. Worthington stable, held in the paddock prior to todays races, Worth-more, the star of the establishment, brought 2,000 and was knocked down to J. S. Ward. The bidding on this, as well as the other good ones in the sale, was spirited. The firsfbid on Worthmorc was ,000 -and then came a bid of 0,000. The bidding then soared one thousand dollars at a time until 2,000 had been reached and the colt went to Mr. Ward. Mr. Worth ington stated after the sale that his only interest in any horses at present is half ownership in a weanling, which his partner refuses to allow him to dispose of.
