CUBAS PROMISING OUTLOOK HAVANA, Cuba. Nov. 13. Havana will enjoy a banner racing and tourist season during the forthcoming winter, Frank J. Steinhart, one of the principal stockholders of the Cuba-American Jockey and Auto Club predicted today. Applications for reservations in Al-mendares have been pouring in since September, although the hotel will not open until tho first of the year, Steinhart said. More than 350 horses already are stabled at Oriental Park and nearly 200 more will arrivo within the next fortnight. Racing is the chief topic at downtown hotels, cafes and other places where tourists and horsemen congregate. The large tourist population is steadily being augmented by each arriving boat.
