BLANC SEING IN TRAINING NEW ORLEANS, La., Jan. 23. Blanc Seing, which fell lame during the running of last years Preakness Stakes, is going along steadily without apparent sign of the trouble that kept him out of the greater part of the 1923 racing campaign. He was worked a fast three-quarters this morning.
