NEW PARTNERSHIP FORMED C. R. Fleischmann, H. C. Davidson and E. Cebrian Organize Under Name of "Triple Farm." LEXINGTON, Ky., Jan. 23. It was announced today that Charles- B. Fleischmann, I of New York; Harry C. Davidson, of New York, and Edward Cebrian, of San Francisco, have formed a partnership under the name "Triple Farm" for the breeding of thoroughbreds, and that the mares Apparition, Bramble Bose, Coy Maid, Dally, Electric Light, Experiment, Fair Charmer, Freewill H., Fornia, Gibbs, Lotta Speed, Prinn Lady, Scramble, Sweetheart II. and War Witch and the yearlings from Bramble Bose, Istar, Fair Charmer and Scramble were bought out of the sale yesterday for their interest. I George A. Saportas is shipping the eight head he bought to his farm at Malvern, Penn. The mares and yearlings bouglit by C. W. I Leonard went today to W. C. Goodloes I Mansfield Farm. American Ace was purchased in partnership by A. L. Ferguson and James L. Car- rick. Fred Johnson left today for Palm Beach, Fla. John Lowe departed last night for New Orleans.
