Thomas Clare was his brothers assistant for the past three years and prior to that time had trained some iiorses. William Clare developed the Horse Haven property cf the Saratoga Association to a point where it produced all the hay and cats that were used for the work horses and he had on the property adjacent to the house that was built for him by the association a garden that was a testimonial to his good taste and industry. Thomas Clare will occupy this property.
