GOLDSBOROUGHS CHARGES . Trainer Has Stoneham, Thieriot and Bull Horses at Aqueduct. Eight In Baseball Magnates String Two Are Ilonio-IJrcd Two-Year-Olds from Marcs Bought at Oxnard Sale. SPECIAL CORRESPONDENCE. NEW YORK, N. Y., Feb. C. A. J. Golds-borough is one of the trainers in the Aqueduct colony Avho promises to be at the races early Avith his horses. His chief string is that which races under tne silks of Charles A. Stoneham. There are eight in this string and Avith the exception of a pair of two-year-olds is made up of known campaigners. Besides these he has Delmor, Vulnad and the sterling old horse Prince Jp.mes that race for Charles H. Thieriot, as avcII as a tAVO-year-old colt and the three-year-old Jeroboam belonging to George H. Bull. The two-year-olds in the Stoneham band are of his own breeding, for he purchased Galanta and Turkey Red II.. their respective dams, at the dispersal sale . of the late H. T. Oxnard. Another mare that was purchased was Washerwoman, the dam of Monday Morning, one of those in the older division of the Stoneham stable. These mares Avere not bred in 1922, but last year Galanta was mated Avith The Finn, Washerwoman Avith Pennant and Turkey. Red II. Avith North Star III. All are expected to foal early this spring.
