PAY SILENT TRIBUTE NEW ORLEANS, La.. Feb. G. A silent tribute to the memory of former President AVilson was paid by officials, horsemen and spectators at the Fair Grounds this afternoon. Taps were sounded at 3 oclock from the rear of the judges stand, the bells in the paddock and inclosure were rung and all stood with heads uncovered in silent prayer for thirty seconds.
