WINNERS AT FAR TIJUANA C. B. Irwin Heads the Owners and Trainers, While S. ODonnell Tops the Jockey List. With the conclusion of last Sundays racing j at Tijuana sixty days of the 1923-1924 meeting i came to an end. During that period C. B. ; Irwin won the most races and money of the owners taking part in the racing, his horses accounting for forty races and 7,460. R. L. Baker is second with thirteen victories and 0,270 to his credit. The division of the J. K. L. Ross stable campaigning at the Mexican , track under the charge of trainer Henry McDaniel is faring well with thirteen races and ?9,180 in purses won.
