TRAINER REGANS CHARGES Horses Owned by Mrs. L. A. Livingston Wintering Well at Coburg Farm. TORONTO. Ont, March 22. Mrs. L. A. Livingston will come to the races this year with a string of horses composed mostly of juveniles. The only horse of the older division that will sport silks for the well-known eastern horsewoman are the three-year-olds Flaming Wire and Smooth Ice. All the horses are wintering at Mrs. Livingstons farm in Cobourg, Ont., under the care of trainer Frank Regan. There are close to a hundred thoroughbreds quartered at both farms. The string of two-year-olds that will be shipped to Toronto some time in April is a vastly improved band compared with those that have made their appearance in recent years. The majority of them are by Kingship, a son of that good horse Ildrim, and trainer Regan feels confident that several high-class youngsters will be developed from them. Tricky Take-Off, a daughter of Hcrmis, is a grand-looking filly, and several flattering offers have been refused for this one. Forever Dear, by Kingship Fannie Dodge, is a useful looking bay filly that will take a little time to develop. Prince of Peace, by Kingship Heichens, is one of the biggest youngsters at the farm and will be taken along slowly. Let Me Forget, by Kingship Gun Shot, is a good-looking bay miss, a little on the light side.
